SBR's business model guarantees that our level of customer service is at its best, by keeping a low client to Account Manager ratio. We will not take on the support of more than five school districts per Account Manager. Our goal is for every one of our clients to participate in these Medi-Cal reimbursement programs to the best of their ability with the greatest amount of ease.
We understand the increasing demands school districts are faced with, and therefore SBR is committed to providing the highest level of customer service, with fast and easy WEB program implementation, in order to ensure that district demands are met.
