Juana is based in Northern California and has experience in education, program support, and data management. She most recently worked as a mild/moderate special education teacher, where she developed strong skills in communication, collaboration, organization, and relationship management while supporting students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Prior to that, she worked as a data manager for the California Adult Education Program, strengthening her experience in data accuracy, coordination, compliance, and administrative support.

She studied Communication Studies with a focus in Public Relations at California State University, Sacramento and completed coursework through University of Massachusetts Global in Special Education.
