Alex began his professional life as a Licensed Massage Therapist with a specialized focus in Structural Integration, informed by advanced study in Manual Therapy approaches rooted in Osteopathy.

This early work instilled in him a deep appreciation for how complex systems function together as a cohesive whole—an approach that naturally carried over into his work in software engineering.

Since joining SBR in 2025, he serves as the company’s resident Full Stack Software Engineer, building scalable, end-to-end solutions across the entire stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services and database operations.

He is known for writing clean, forward-thinking code and delivering software that is reliable, maintainable, and built to last.

A University of Oregon–educated Jazz guitarist and a born-and-raised surfer from California’s Central Coast, Alex brings creativity, balance, and a passion for thoughtful design to everything he builds.
